First-time patient here, scheduled for an 8:30 AM physical. I ended up waiting an hour without being seen and decided to leave. The front desk mentioned they were short-staffed, but waiting that long, especially first thing in the morning, was disappointing. Several staff members and even the doctor arrived after my scheduled time, which only added to the delay. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t leave me confident in their ability to manage appointments, so I won’t be returning.
My Dad keeps asking for a referral to his Cardiologist and he keeps getting the run around. I'm documenting here to refer back in case anything happens. He likes the Doctor, but the staff is not handling these patients well. What you all don't know is that his daughter is a liscensed medical professional as well. I really wanted to have a good experience, but unfortunately Dr. Green told me that I had high blood pressure and I do not. I had one above average reading during a visit in which I was in extreme pain which will elevate the pressure. He prescribed blood pressure medication immediately. I monitored my BP for 2 weeks at home and never had a high reading. Luckily I didn't take the medication. Also I had an MRI for a back issue and he didn't even tell me the results revealed a herniated disc. Only that I had a pinched nerve and... read more
I wish I could give two different ratings. Dr. Greene is a great doctor and I do recommend him. He is patient and knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. I give him 5 stars. His staff on the other had is horrible. If I could give some of them 0 stars I would, especially the older lady that sits at the desk. She is very rude over the phone, but in person she can be a bit nicer. I've requested 2 different referrals over the phone to be sent to two different doctors at different times and they still haven't made it th... read more
