Been coming to Dr. Green for almost 15 years now -- he's always been a good (great) doctor but his staff had sometimes been inconsistent with their attitude and/or service over the decade+ I've been going. Never bad to the point where I said anything, but just something I noticed. And understood, to be honest -- working in healthcare can be challenging so I give folks grace there. Been my dr for over 10 years life changing
First-time patient here, scheduled for an 8:30 AM physical. I ended up waiting an hour without being seen and decided to leave. The front desk mentioned they were short-staffed, but waiting that long, especially first thing in the morning, was disappointing. Several staff members and even the doctor arrived after my scheduled time, which only added to the delay. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t leave me confident in their ability to manage appointments, so I won’t be returning.
