I had the most amazing experience on a Friday night at the Bridal Salon at Macys. I was hesitant based on previous reviews, however Victoria was so responsive through email and our consultant Brooke was AMAZING! I have to say that although I was super eager to try on the Demetrios Wedding Gown Collection, I was a bit concerned once I realized that the only place that carried this designers dresses near me (2hrs away) had THE WORST POSSIBLE REVIEWS!!! They have a tremendous selection and the consultants and seamstress are all very helpful!
Wish there was an option for zero stars. This has been an awful experience. You pay upfront, with no indication of when the dress will actually be ready. You have to call them to order, there is no online system. When I called, they twice emailed me a BLANK document they called a contract, and after I informed them it was blank they sent me the correct document with still no order number and no estimate of when it would be ready. They want you to pay $20 to have it shipped, which is horrid, and my dress came covered in stain... read more
