This med supplies have a very bad attitude and bad with customer service. We submit our prescription since January 2. 2025 and they keep saying they are working on it. I visit the location today March. 6 and they told me they haven't place the order. Very bad customer service. I don't recommend you this placer think about it. We are here for them to follow up accordingly with us and suplement us the equipment We need.

I was very please with Esther from DEMETRICES Med services she was very helpful and accommodating. I received what I needed she ordered it for me because it wasn’t in stock & it was pretty fast didn’t have to wait long. Thank you Esther.

I faxed a Px for walking boot on a Wed. Worker told me it will take 3 days to see if insurance will approve it. Gave them my number. He received it,told to call Thurs to check status. I called all day Thursday and Friday. No answer and voicemall box for 2 employees was full. They did not empty it so they can't call people back. I called Monday.
