Dr. Smith has been my care provider for almost ten years. She is a fantastic physician who is knowledgeable, attentive, and cares about her patients. She has wonderful bedside manner as well. I am so happy I found her through lots of time and research and highly recommend her. I have also found Amanda in her front office to be professional and responsive.
I really liked Dr. Smith upon my initial visit. She seems to be a very kind person. However that things went downhill quickly. I was to come back for bloodwork and the staff mistakenly set me up for a regular doctor appointment. I sat for over an hour. I told the nurse that I was only there for liver and wbc blood work. She seemed confused but took blood and ran more test than needed. I was charged by quest for stuff not ordered .
