I had bad result due to the one of their employee not knowing who to use the appropriate passes of the Fraxel machine, they were very supportive when I shared my concerns but it is what it is I had to be treated for my burns for few months after.
I am so happy with Dr Demetri and his team. I had a, (what I considered) a surgical procedure that required such precision and I was so scared it would look worse. He is absolute perfection and precision and I am so impressed with his delicate work. I didn't even bruise. He is also very humble and not pushy, and I love that.
