I have been using these masks for 5 years. They have protected us including on multiple long distance trips out of the US. I get the small and my husband and son use the regular size. Sometimes the strap may snap but it is not a lot of times. I trust these masks 100%
Really poor customer service. Next time I need medical supplies I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Ordered a "Adult Female External Reusable Catheter" from Amazon but received an "Infant Female External Reusable Catheter". Can't very well use an infant device on a 67 year old woman. Email company. Lets see how long it will take to fix this.
