My husband and I were traveling thru the area and needed an oil change on our 2024 Ram 2500. We made an appointment prior to our arrival and they were able to work him into their day. They performed the maintenance and their prices were reasonable. We would used them again without hesitation.
My Ram 3500 CTD needed a turbo replacement. Matt was very helpful on the phone, explaining my options, giving me a fair quote, and getting me in quickly. The truck is running great, and the final bill was the same as the quote. I appreciate that. I wouldn't hesitate to take my truck back to Demented.
Im shocked this company has a 5 star ive been going here for a few years and even though they have worked on ny truck it has had to be reworked on because of parts failing this last time matt was not there and the guys ripped me off they charged 360 dollars to see what the problem was and ut was easy to find it was the steering box and it was leaking badly then they have the gall to double dip and charge full price on top of that then a 74.65 charge for supplies what supplies this is such a rip off i will never go back and i... read more
