I found this site/business randomly when looking for "meaningful saying" mugs. I love the sayings and designs of the mugs- sent the site to my husband and said "pick something for me for Xmas." Not only did I get 1 mug but he got me TWO AND a charcuterie olive plate. I love to do charcuterie plates and as we all know the olive juice can spread to other items and so it's nice when the olives are kept separate. This "boat" is PERFECT! Placed a Willow Tree order in December. Before end of day, I realized I already had what I ordered. Emailed to cancel 5 hours after other was placed. They said it already shipped. They said I could refuse the shipment. I refused the shipment, called and asked about a my refund. Told me it would take 5 days. It has now been 20 days and no refund. I emailed customer service, they asked what refund? Totally unacceptable!
