Be aware if you are thinking of using Demco here in yuma. They put in an on demand water heater in and it has never worked right. Now they can’t figure out what’s wrong and do not have anyone capable of working on it. They lied to me about warranty. The last person They sent out to try to fix the problem, told me they don’t know what to do so they look on Google and YouTube to try to fix I t.
