My family has been going to Dr. Demby for over 40 years. He’s a very caring yet blunt doctor.
I’ve been a patient with Dr Demby for about 15 years. I love him and both of his nurses. My only complaint is sometimes I have to wait a while to get an appointment, they can never really squeeze you in or work with you to be seen sooner. But other than that they have been always good to me.
Lisa the secretary who also takes vitals is accusatory and rude. I'm special needs with autism & learning disabilites. She's so rude she hung up on me when I called to tell her my blood pressure & pulse were really low and I needed to know more about what was wrong with me. She accused me of yelling at her in front of my witness then hung up on me when I told her my witness can hear me NOT yelling smh. Embarrassing & so unprofessional. I had to switch doctors because of her.
Thorough, professional and personable...Does not rush through appointment, friendly and competent office staff too.
