This place is such a joke when it comes to their customer service and parts department. They had us send them a whole load of information claiming they could help us order parts for our motorhome but Tony, Janko and another guy kept passing blame from one to another and saying the other guy would get back to us. My husband even went in person and he got the same exact response. I put in a call on a Monday to request service on my trailer from Demartini RV sales and service. We bought our trailer from Demartini. It is now Friday and have not received a call back from the service manager Tony. I was told by the parts person that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a phone call back. I called at the 48 hour mark and was told basically to wait.
