My son completed Phase 1 orthodontic treatment here and unfortunately our experience with follow-up care has been very disappointing. He currently has a “lingual lock” that came out, and despite being told to call anytime there are orthodontic concerns or lost hardware, getting a timely appointment has been nearly impossible. One of these dentists put sealant and topical fluoride on my minor daughter's teeth without consulting with, or getting permission from, my wife, who was there at the time. Both my wife and daughter overheard staff discussing it, though. It sounded like the staff just assumed that our dental insurance would pay for it. I got the EOB from the insurance company - NOT COVERED. Demaria - don't send us a bill for this unauthorized service and obvious money grab.
As always excellent service! Absolutely made our day that everyone was dressed up in Halloween costumes, the team is always going above and beyond for the kids!!!!
Can't recommend this pediatric dental practice enough! The hygienist, Laura, was FANTASTIC. She is great with kids. They were so excited to hear her explain everything and we're not scared/nervous at all. Dr Gill was also great! He kept things quick and easy. My toddlers loved talking to him. Everyone was gentle and patient.
