Good place for family, I like
Took the family here yesterday to do apple and pumpkin picking. We drove from Queens to experience something new. Upon arrival the parking lot was full, so we had to drive an additional mile and a half to a hotel parking lot. Then we had to wait on a long line for approx 30 minutes to board a bus to shuttle us back to the farm. When we finally got back to the farm we were directed to another looong line to buy our admission tickets and pumpkin tickets. the place is ok not many apples left to pick and they could have given two bags for $10..because they make plenty of money
Lines, lines, lines every where. we were in 3 different lines for a total of 1.5 hours before we even entered the orchard. A line for the shuttle, a line for the tickets, and then a line for the wagon. So very disorganized.
We had a great time, delicious pie, donuts. Apple Ciders etc.
The staff is very friendly. Mostly organized, small issues toward the end. Great food and products. Loved the petting zoo. Definitely geared towards smaller children. I would go again but early!!!
