I went to this Salon as a blonde with only a 1/4" out growth. Instead of matching my outgrowth, Anne turned my entire color on top from blonde to DARK DARK BROWN. I told her she changed my color and I have no blonde hair on top, or around my face. 3 days later she charged me another $115.00 for so called highlights, even tho I didn't need any highlights when I went there, until she turned my hair DARK BROWN.
