I Try not to rate people but I don’t feel like I had the best experience coming in.. I have a small pool and could tell it wasn’t worth his time when trying to get help. Went online and to other pool stores and the info he gave me about floaters was also wrong…. Sucks when you come for professional help and they give you wrong info and send you on your way with the wrong supplies…. I would have been a continuous customer.
Always helps with my pool an they don't try to get me to buy things I don't need they help with the thing I need an not extra...
Owner is very knowledgeable and figure out the part we needed by just asking my husband a couple questions. Bi ------- Pools just said they couldn't get the part and referred us to somewhere else...
