Bought a car from Jamie last week for my daughter, couldn't be happier, Jamie was really good to deal with, no pressure sales and had great communication during and after the purchase. Won't recommend this garage to anyone after the bad experience my father in law had ,He put down a deposit of £300 on a car that needed to be tidied up before the final purchase. My father in law pulled out of the deal because the repair to plastic wheel arch was not up to standard and the air conditioning didn't work after being asked 3 times does it work. Then they only gave back half the deposit
I would highly recommend. I purchased a seat leon a few weeks back which I am very happy with. When i arrived to view the car I was aware that the car had a short MOT which Jamie booked it in for the same day at no cost to myself. Jamie is a very friendly sales man and in no way pushy. I had a curtesy call to see how I was getting on with my new car within the first week, which I mentioned an issue I was having with the satnav. This was rectified promptly. I would be more than happy to purchase a car from these guys again.
Writing on behalf of my mom Juliette. Had the car today. First time buying from D.E.M and could not be happier. In love with the car and have been happy with all the service that we have received. All the way from viewing the car to making the payment and receiving the keys. We have had support and honest advice and a huge thank you for Jamie who was more than helpful during the whole process.
