Three stars because I've been happy with the three haircuts I've gotten from Nick, but only one of them took place on time. For three out of four appointments he didn't show up on time, and this last time he didn't even text me back (until six hours later) so I left and found myself a new barber. Nick seems like a nice guy, but he clearly doesn't respect other people's time.
Have been going here for a few months. Devon has always done a phenomenal job, very detailed. Clean and friendly atmosphere.
We had an appointment scheduled with Nick, the owner for about a week, and he didn’t show. This was also the second time this has happened. No call/text, apology or explanation. Yet we missed an appointment once and he helped himself to the whole payment and the full tip amount. Edit to add: We had an appointment with you, not someone else.
