I was extremely happy with the support and work they did on my Tacoma. An accident is never fun but Joan and Ken guided me through the process and made it as painless as possible helping me navigate dealing with the insurance company . The repair was great and was cleaner in and out when I picked it up than when they got it.
Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was unacceptable. The job was straightforward: remove, repaint, and reinstall the front and rear bumpers on a 20‑year‑old collector car that had sun-faded paint. Despite the simplicity of the work, the results were far below any reasonable standard. I recently contacted Deluze collision to do a “small” repair on my car. I feel some companies might have put the job on the back burner— not so with Deluze. My car was in and out in a week and looks brand new. Customer service was top notch. I would not hesitate to take my car back to them in the future. A big Thank you!!
The employees are very kind but the owner is very, very rude, he doesn't wait for us to talk and immediately hangs up the phone, I don't recommend it and I don't even go back to this workshop anymore, I feel sorry for the people who work for him.
Mr. Deluze took care of me like family!
