The workers are very nice and they did a wonderful job on my mother's nails. She liked them very much. But we did have an accident involving waxing. I get it's a risk that comes with waxing, but the waxer was interrupted multiple times which I felt was unprofessional especially when you're working with hot wax. There was a bit of lifting off the skin toward the end in a very sensitive area. She apologized profusely for it, and I do appreciate the apology. I had the most incredible experience trying out the all-body red light therapy bed at the Deluxx Boutique, and wow! It was genuinely relaxing and rejuvenating. Was in town visiting and needed a fill. Kathy was my girl today. We had a great visit and she did a nice job. Love my nails.

Going for a nail removal. All she did was shave them down with a drill then proceeded to rip off 3 leaving the rest, then just filing it down and sending me on my way. $30
