The workers are very nice and they did a wonderful job on my mother's nails. She liked them very much. But we did have an accident involving waxing. I get it's a risk that comes with waxing, but the waxer was interrupted multiple times which I felt was unprofessional especially when you're working with hot wax. There was a bit of lifting off the skin toward the end in a very sensitive area. She apologized profusely for it, and I do appreciate the apology.
