I am extremely disappointed with the service from Deluxe Vanity & Kitchen. We spent thousands of dollars purchasing shower fixtures, including the shower head, handles, and sink faucet, as part of our home remodel. For the amount we invested, we expected high-quality products backed by excellent customer service. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. If you're planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel anywhere in the San Fernando Valley, start at Deluxe Vanity & Kitchen in Van Nuys, periodt. We bought a large order of plumbing fixtures from their showroom during our remodel- vanities, faucets, and a Brizo Odin kitchen faucet- and the service has been outstanding well beyond the sale. I have used this company for all of my kitchen and bathroom needs. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. I had an issue with a product years after I purchased it, and they still helped me make sure that it was covered by warranty and fixed. They are the gold standard in quality and service.
