Like John Doe said in his review, my vehicle was also damaged here when the slammed the tailgate closed when there was a vaccum hose or cord hanging out. I tried endlessly to have them just repair my tailgate, and I was never able to get it fixed by them. Pretty shameful for the son of a local sheriff.
Great service; great price. What else do you need to know? I recently bought a car from a private owner, and the car was DIRTY! 10 year old car, and I wouldn't be surprised if it had never been cleaned before. Dropped it off at Deluxe Shine, and 4 hours later it was cleaner than the last car I bought from a dealership (same make and model, too). Very happy with the service; highly recommended.
