Everything that could go wrong did go wrong from horrible communication, poor workmanship, company leadership/ownership (Derrick Frazier) are untrustworthy, the technicians are lazy and unreliable. Would not use again
This company took over $900 from our insurance company. They never showed up to fix our AC. I tried to call them numerous times and they kept telling us they would be here. We asked for a refund and they assured us they would give us one. Still a week later we have not received a refund and neither has our insurance company
