Mr. Frazier confirmed a appointment with me never showed up sent a family member who never troubleshoot my air-conditioning units just verbally stated my units were outdated and freon replacement will exceed $800 recommended replacement of unit $7400 dollars promised work will start next morning was a no-show I contacted another service provider he repaired my units for $350 Deluxe is only interested in replacement of your air-conditioning units not repairing them
BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Empty promises here folks! Horrible customer service!!!! Beware!!! Promises of service for two straight days from Anthony Frazier. Keeps saying the service tech is comiming or going to call and nothing, absolutely nothing!!! NO apologies, just lies!!!
This company Deluxe Services Inc Heating & Cooling is a terrible company! We used this company because they were recommended by our insurance company. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong from horrible communication, poor workmanship, company leadership/ownership (Derrick Frazier) are untrustworthy, the technicians are lazy and unreliable.
