Curtis & Shane at Deluxe RV have treated us very well, always knowing exactly what needs to be done & how to do it!! Buyer Beware – Disappointing Experience with Deluxe RV I purchased a motorhome from Deluxe RV in July 2024, and what should have been an exciting experience quickly turned frustrating. Kurtis, who sold me the motorhome, assured me that a full inspection would be conducted before I took ownership. When I suggested getting an independent RV tech to inspect it, he seemed offended. We bought a trailer from deluxe RV last year, the whole process was great. We found a few small items that needed repaired before we purchased and they fixed everything up and even did a few extras for us. I found them to be completely honest and very easy to deal with start to finish. Great family owned company who truly does care about their customers. Cannot recommend enough!
This place offers tremendous service. Shane and is crew aim to please. I had an awning issue and they researched the issue for me and ended up coming up with a great permanent fix and reattached my awning. These guys offer great service and are very honest and have high integrity. Thanks again for getting me back on the road for my camping trip to BC over the upcoming weeks!
