This company was super easy to work with. I was required to use them for my wedding, so I did not have any other options in terms of price, which is frustrating. But, the staff was great and the bathroom trailers are great quality and spotless. They also give you an attendant for 4 hours, which is nice. Additionally, they now have a bridal suite option which was a great choice, despite the additional cost.
We used this company for a back yard party. I called around quite a few of their competitors and they had the best prices by far. The customer service was great to work with. They were available to answer all questions and answer emails promptly. We rented a portable bathroom trailer. It was in excellent condition and was spotless. The delivery guy did a great job getting it set up and helping us put it in the right spot. I would use this company again!!
We used this company for our daughters backyard wedding this past Saturday. We were very happy with everything. It came with all the supplies we needed, A/C, radio, and was delivered to us spotless clean! It was a pleasure to work with such a great company. Quick response and very professional.
Outback was phenomenal to work with! Incredibly kind customer service, incredibly punctual with drop off and pick-up and our guests loved that trailer was rocking Holiday music!
