I fully acknowledge that I arrived late for my appointment after working a 16-hour shift the day prior. I owned up to it as soon as I walked in. However, the way this was handled was completely unreasonable. I was told appointments are scheduled in 1-hour blocks, and when I asked how long a cut actually takes, I was told 30–45 minutes. Jackie G is my stylist, but all of the barbers do amazing work. I observed a number of top notch haircuts while I was there! I came for straight edge razor bald head, and now im handsome again!!!

Don’t book an appointment here, worst experience ever. I had an appointment here and I was on time. Unprofessional service the staff skipped my 10 am appointment with 5 other that’s arrived after me. I waited 45 minutes and finally decided to leave because they completely wasted my time. Once they saw I was leaving they decided to ask for my name and appointment time, even though I have already gave them my information when I walked in the door.
