First of all, they're incredibly rude. Second, I went in for acrylic nails, and the woman seemed bored and lazy. Besides leaving my nails looking awful, I think she got upset because I didn't leave a tip. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I am writing to formally document my extremely negative and concerning experience at your nail salon regarding both the conduct of the nail technician and the quality of service I received. The girl who did my nails was sweet which is why I gave 3 stars but she didn't do a great paint job. Also when she first filed off the gel that I had on my nails, she shaved down so close to my actual nails that she weakened my nail bed. After a few days of leaving the salon, my nails were cracking and breaking. I took the polish off myself so my nails can heal.

The customer service has declined dramatically. It is not worth it to walk into a salon without a greeting, to have the tech be visibly annoyed when you ask questions or to be rushed out because the "salon is closing" when there is an hour left to the day. I am uncomfortable every time I walk through the door because I know the service will be terrible. I will not return. Melinda and Tommy do good work but their customer service is TERRIBLE.
