When I walked in the man at the front was nice, until he found out I needed my nails removed and a simple manicure (work doesn’t allow nails). Once he realized I wasn’t spending a lot of money his attitude changed. I gave a 2 star for the atmosphere and how nice my nail tech was. But she did cut me on 3 different fingers to where I bled. Such a bad appointment! We arrived an hour prior to closing and I guess that made them mad…even though a pedicure takes about only 40 minutes. The “bouncer” guy tending the front desk threw a pen across the counter at us and told us gruffly to sign in and directed us to a spa chair. The attendees showed up and were very unfriendly and obviously uninterested. Both our pedicures were very rushed - mine was extremely rough and the polish was completely sloppy. Topcoat forgotten.
