Ask for a Gel manicure and pedicure but ended up with Scratched up cuticles and a half done pedicure. I was told after the technician left me and started working on someone else's pedicure: that she didn't know how to do gel nails. I waited patiently for another technician only to be treated worse. The technician had me put my finger in a bowl of gel polish remover instead of wrapping my nails with the cotton and foil. This is by far the worst experience I've had in a nail salon.
