EDIT- NO we were not late. Also you already had another girl there waiting who was booked at 1pm as well. I understanding having to wait a few mins but 40 mins is very unacceptable. I ended up waitinflg 20 mins and when I asked how much longer they told me another 20-30 mins. I told them my appt was booked for 1 pm with my SIL...we should have both been taken at the same time. Tina is amazing so is Henry but the the salon is notorious for being horrible at planning and scheduling. Booked an appointment? Ok come in on time but you’re gonna be waiting for 30-45 mins but if you’re late they have a policy to cancel your appointment but if they’re late- oh it’s nothing. This was my second time visiting this nail salon, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The nail technician was a man named Henry, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not listen to what I wanted at all. I clearly told him I wanted to keep the same shape I already had, but he completely ruined the shape of my nails. I booked an appointment today for 2:00 pm, and I was really unhappy with the service. When I called to book, I specifically asked for a woman because I previously had a bad experience with one of the male technicians. Ashley did my pedicure and asked if I was the one who requested a woman. I said yes and asked why she was questioning me, but she didn’t answer. Eva did my manicure.
