Tipping is of common courtsey and no one should ever be forced to tip! There’s a lady at this business that gets upset when you don’t tip her more than $2 for a service that you only paid $10 for. She will snatch the receipt, look down and look up at you and say more tip please! SO UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!
I like this place. They are quick and do a good job. I'm talking about the Deluxe Nails in Robertsdale (BTW - their number is 421-4698). Sounds like one in Daphne has problems, but this one doesn't.
Stay away from the DEluxe Nails in Daphne by UPS Service Center, After removing gel polish, I had a regular manicure, three different times the skin under my real nails was cut. One time I even let it be know out loud that " that hurt" and the nail tech said I know. I was also cut to the point that I was bleeding on one cutical the tech never acknowledge that she had drawn blood!, I had a deeply broken nail, the tech cut if off and left one side of the nail onlger than the other side of the nail! I had a bad experience at this salon. I went in for a pedicure and nail fill. Emily broke open the skin on the side of my foot and made it bleed. She realized what she did and didn't even apologize. The towel was too hot that she put on my legs. She did not message my feet or pay attention to the rough spots. Then during my nail fill she was on the phone with a personal phone call the whole time. She told me about 6 times that she did not want to be at work that day. I should have known better.
