I saw the good reviews for this place even a family friend said how good they were I sent in a inspo picture but I wanted the top color changed ( I’m also a nail tech myself but this time I didn’t feel like doing my own nails) my nails were uneven , lumpy as well as thin i had polish leak over on the sides like a beginner did my nails I called asking about a refund policy she said they don’t offer refunds but they were willing to fix it for me. Not impressed. I checked in and waited patiently, but ended up waiting for an hour. That is unacceptable, especially when walk-ins who arrived after me were taken first. I try to be understanding, but I’m very disappointed since this has been my go-to nail salon for a while. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and now I’m left searching for a new place. Unfortunately, I will no longer be recommending this salon. :(
