This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. When I called to make an appointment, I was told I needed to pay in advance, even though I’m not a first-time customer. I clearly said I wasn’t comfortable with that, and they eventually agreed to book the appointment without prepayment. Originally, I scheduled for 1:30 but later called to change it to 1:00. Not a 75 minute facial, it was more like 63 mins. Barely gave a shoulder massage. Was left alone with a mask for a while and was woken up by the loudness outside the room. My husband said they got product in his eye. Not professional at all. I’ve had better hydrating facials.

I had a great experience with the amazing team of Deluxe Med Spa. I came here for the hydrating facial and they never disappoint. Momo and May always take care of me. The place is immaculately clean and elegant. A must-try, if you haven't been here. Highly recommended!
