So DISAPPOINTED! I dropped off my daughter's wedding gown on June 17th, 2020 (4 days after my daughter's wedding.) The gown was very dirty on the bottom so I spoke with Mark regarding my concern about cleaning it, He said it was good that I brought it in early because the stain hasn't set in yet. He stated they can clean it but it would probably take a few cleanings. Usually pickup time is 3 weeks but I was told that it would probably take a little longer due to the extra cleaning needed. Horrible customer service. Told me the incorrect date my clothes would be ready, and when the clothes were not ready, refused to give me a date on which the clothes would be ready. I asked for the clothes back and they refused this as well. They did not inform me they are currently only cleaning one day a week (which is completely understandable -- but no transparency). The manager is rude and not willing to come up with any solutions. Take your business elsewhere.
Customer service and attitude are just as important as quality dry cleaning. There is no excuse for rudeness to customers. I have never experienced such bad customer service at any dry cleaners in my life.

Quality ok but double charged on men's shirts. No special fabric just cotton charged 6.00 each.
