Checked in around 5pm I saw a roach in my room right around 10pm before I went to bed. Front desk refused to let me change rooms when I could clearly see they had other vacant rooms available. I was only told how they have a 100% score and don't have Roaches and they came to my room to spray that's st. I've never been denied to switch rooms if other rooms were available, whether the Roach came from the hotel itself or a previous guest, I've stayed here before but never again.
This is hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at- and I’m a hotel snob. Easy access off the highway, surrounded by quick and easy food. Great place.
