I used Deluxe Image Cleaning from late 2024 into early 2025, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. During one of the first visits, the cleaning staff left black vacuum marks on my custom-made Restoration Hardware couch. The owner had to send someone back to try to clean it, but the technician who came had a very disrespectful attitude, and there was even an argument between staff members right in front of us.
