Each time I patron this business I observe the workers moving very slowly, stepping aside to chat with each other, and disappearing altogether for stretches of time. Today I stopped in and ordered a basic wash because I was short on time. After nearly 40 minutes, maybe 10 of which someone was actually working on my car, I asked how much longer and was quoted another 20 minutes. 1 hour for a basic wash is unreasonable. I paid full price and left mid-service. Will never return.

I’ve been here a few times and they usually do a decent job, but with the weather getting colder, I splurged on a wax to protect my paint. I left my car and came back to him wrapping up the polish, but after I paid, I noticed the roof was clearly not waxed, or particularly clean for that matter. I pointed it out and he sprayed and wiped it clean, and asked if that was ok. I asked if they were going to wax it, he said they don’t wax the roof. The absolute slowest hand car wash I've ever patronized. You would think the attention to detail would be spectacular, but it is mainly the detailers not wanting to service the next vehicle. I spent an hour and a half there for mediocre outside-only service on my car. I will never return.
