Took 3 hours with less than 10 cars ahead of me to get a basic carwash package for $54 (with tip). Car has water spots from it drying completely in the sun while waiting for tires/vacuum and still have dirt on running boards and spots on sunroof. Save yourself the trouble.
Each time I patron this business I observe the workers moving very slowly, stepping aside to chat with each other, and disappearing altogether for stretches of time. Today I stopped in and ordered a basic wash because I was short on time. After nearly 40 minutes, maybe 10 of which someone was actually working on my car, I asked how much longer and was quoted another 20 minutes. 1 hour for a basic wash is unreasonable. I paid full price and left mid-service. Will never return.
