I've been going to this cleaner since 1995 and never had any problems until this past monday when I paid $1 extra for same day rush service. The clothes did not come in because the van was on the westside and couldn't make it back in time. Then the next day I went to pick them up and they had a power outage and the phone and computer were down so they couldn't give me my clothes. This place is horrible. I brought my clothes in for same day service and they lost my clothes. They said they would call me but it has been 3 weeks no call. Tried to call them but no human anwers the phone. DO NOT GO THERE!
