If I can say one thing about Deluxe Cleaners, it is that no one I would ever give a star to; but you have to give at least one or your review will not be posted. I have for 10 years been taking my cleaning to a Round Rock cleaners, and no complaints, very professional. They recently closed there business, without my knowledge. Deluxe Cleaners has a Rude Owner – I was treated very rudely by the person working today - unfortunately it was the owner of Deluxe Cleaners. I was told that my dry cleaning was not ready because of a machine error. When I asked what could be done to resolve the problem, the owner of Deluxe Cleaners got very upset and aggressively ripped the ticket out of my hand.
