My carpet cleaning was a positive one. The gentleman that did it I forgot his name but wanted to say thank you. Did have to go over certain areas twice but overall a good experience.
They were late to start. They left a residue on the floors. The rug i had then clean they used an old carpet cleaning machine that did absolutely nothing. I also had them clean the stairs and my couch cushions. The guy who did it used an handheld machine that could have been ordered on amazing. No industrial cleaning machines. My stairs look no different at all. My couch cushions look exactly the same. I had to tell him he didn’t even get out a stain that I specifically asked to get out. Poor quality. DO NOT USE.
