We always use these guys. With multiple pets, children, and wall-to-wall carpet, somehow they always make my (light colored) carpet look new again. The technicians are always very courteous and professional, and they really do a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
Kevin has been coming to our house for the last 3 years and cleaning our carpets, and ducts and he is great! He is fast and does a fantastic job. I don't know what I would do if they ever sent anyone else. He is honest, hard working and funny. I enjoy every time he comes over. I use Deluxe every 6 months and Kevin makes my carpets look good as new. Also, booking an appointment with them and talking to Sheila is easy and it is like talking to a friend.
