Updating 4 months later and he has not returned our full payment. He refunded $200 and keeps delaying the remaining $235 causing us to have to file a civil suit and complaints with the BBB. Showed up and requested the payment before starting then said he needed to go get supplies. Never came back and has blocked our phone numbers. Very unprofessional. A huge scam.
