Here is a company where the owner operator Mustafa Jasem believes he has the right to pick the colour of his clients custom non returnable items when he forgets to ask for a colour choice or inform the client there are colour options other than the only one shown on the website and invoice.  I purchased a sharp looking black event tent and received a white tent that resembles wedding tents.  Mustafa will not send a replacement top at his cost because his policy is to default to white when the client is not aware he needs to ... read more

my company purchased a tent from Deluxe Canopy for $8k. the website showed the tent in black with option to change colour. I received an invoice showing the same black tent with no option to show colour choice. I was obviously expecting a black tent but received a white tent. Deluxe Canopy refused to replace it. Their reasoning is that I approved a proof which was only showing logo placement on a blank background and no choice of colour. This company is unprofessional in their conduct and defrauded me for 8k.
