I’ve always heard great things about DeLuxe Cakes & Pastries, so I was excited to visit and buy a birthday cake. The cake itself was very good, and I can understand why this bakery is so popular in Iowa City. However, I was very disappointed to see several flies inside the bakery, including flies landing on the pastries that were being displayed.
