Very unprofessional. Takes deposits and Dosent notify of cancellations. I booked a year in advance and she never advised she wasn’t available until I confirmed 3 weeks before event. Do not risk not having makeup for your special day.

Had set up an appointment weeks in advance so I could have my makeup done for Graduation photos but Elsa cancelled my appointment less than 2 hours before my appointment time. Originally she told me that she had a power outage and she offered to do a house call instead but wasn’t practical given that I live in Kendall and I needed to be at the photo studio by 2 pm which was also in Hialeah.
