I go to Deluxe every time I need a haircut, Joel is my barber and used to be my neighbor. That aside we were so happy when he got his barber license and started cutting hair professionally. Now when I go it’s Joel that cuts my hair or I don’t go. He has meticulous attention to detail, is always fun to talk to and has laser focus.
