My sister got her car detailed here and they scratched up the inside of her car. When she mentioned it to them, they denied it and didn’t even apologize even though the marks were clearly not there when the car was brought in. There is a severe lack of professionalism and responsibility here. Please go elsewhere.
Purchased groupon deal, used it twice. Outside cleaning was good, but interior cleaning was not enough. First time did not get the trunk cleaned, was told that it was not included in groupon deal, the second time did get it cleaned though, without even asking. Had to call them several times during the months to schedule the second appointment. Seats, panel were not clean, crumbs left. Definitely not a show room quality cleaning as it was mentioned online.
Got a Groupon for 2 details, only able to get 1. Did an ok job but there's better places in the area. Waiting room was awkward and was more like a family gathering for the owner.
