After 16 years with this company, we have decided not to renew our services due to a very disappointing recent experience. About 1.5 months ago, the GSM light on our alarm system briefly turned on for a day, then off. The following day, it remained on permanently. When we contacted customer service, we were told we needed to upgrade our system, which required signing a new 4-year contract at a higher price—without any prior notice.
