Amazing customer service and quality of products. We love working with Delux tents to make the Michigan Nordic Fire festival an amazing event. They were on site daily checking the tents and making sure they were in perfect shape for the patrons to stay warm and covered in the winter's cold.
We rented a large tent for our wedding! Stacy and the crew were a pleasure to work with! Everything went very smooth with no issues. I highly recommend them!
Well the delivery of the tent was fine, tables and chairs weren't setup but not sure if that was supposed to be a thing. The owner however is problematic, we had a misunderstanding/communication with our bank and showing that they had took the $/deposit amount however it wasn't shown on the owners end. I literally sent screenshots and the lady was still extremely rude, disrespectful, and not nice at all. How she can run a business is beyond me. Stacy and her team were wonderful to work with! Our wedding venue changed to our backyard and the Delux Tents and Events team helped to turn it into a perfect location for our big day. Stacy was very helpful on the planning process and her team was very courteous when they came to set up. One table was forgotten when they packed the truck but Stacy quickly brought it out to us. We rented a tent from Deluxe Tents Mid Michigan for an outdoor graduation event. Communicating with the company was easy and convenient! They were able to give us helpful recommendations on tent sizes and table sizes for our guests. Delivery was easy and the crew did a great job setting up for the event.
