I called Deluxe because I came back from active duty army and bought a house in west Lancaster. It is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home. I needed some counter tops installed. and I needed some flooring installed. They were really there to help me with no problems. I was so glad to find them because after coming from two deployments you really don't want to deal with anyone that is going to be frustrating and make things tougher for you then they have to be.A+ for sure
I have a 7 bed room house in Palmdale that I just bought. I was looking for someone to come and clean steam clean everything and clean the carpet and hang towel racks and paint a couple of rooms. Deluxe came and did a great job. They really know what they are doing they had no problem getting everything done in the 1 week time line that I provided to get time job done. I just bought a home about a month ago and I really needed a-lot of work to be done. First off I needed carpet cleaning and a complete home cleaning done. They had no problem taking care of this problem for me. They have steamers that work great and really get any stains out in no problem. I just sold a couple of my homes in Lancaster and need a-lot of work to be done, they were 5 bed room homes and there was walls that needed to be patched flooring that needed to be worked on. Blinded that needed to be replaced and a-lot of carpet cleaning that needed to be done. I sold my house it was a four bedroom two bathroom home. before I was ready to sell there was so much work that I needed to get done.
