HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY rented a car to someone with insurance. That individual is at fault (per FHP crash report) and there was no insurance info in the vehicle. I call the day after I call and they promise to get back. That happens 5 times over 4 days. Then, they stop answering and start screening their calls through an answering machine.
